Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
- The order was not delivered to the provided Gaming ID
- There was a technical error on our side preventing delivery
- You paid but the order was never processed
Refunds for eligible orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of request.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Recharge was successfully delivered to the Gaming ID
- Incorrect Gaming ID provided by the customer
- Customer changed their mind after delivery
- Account suspension or ban by the platform (Quick Live/Olaparty/Mika)
