Cancellation & Refund Policy

R Robin'Shop believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 minutes of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be considered if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of Delivering the Diamonds. In case Diamond are not delivered with in a day, you may generate a request for refund via contact us link. We will not be responsible for any ban on your account due to purchasing coins from the third party as in most of the game it is prohibited. However, on delivery, you can check your account that it’s working correctly or not.

No Refund Policy is applicable on Subscription Plan. In case you wanna generate a request on it, then it will charge upto 50%.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

There are no hidden charges or any additional handling charges. The payable amount is the same as mentioned at the time of your checkout.
